This is the second time hiring from them and the service has always been polite and professional. Our flight was delayed until late evening and the girls on the rental desk were very kind and offered to stay until we collected the car. They communicate through WhatsApp, and any issues are sorted straight away. We will continue using them as the prices are reasonable and the cars are quite new models.

Rented from Drive Car Rental at Samui Airport and couldn't be happier. Pick-up and drop-off were incredibly fast and efficient with zero hassle or delays. The staff were professional, friendly, and transparent. The car was clean, reliable, and ran perfectly the whole time. Would definitely use them again when visiting Samui!

I rented a car from these guys for 10 days and it was a good experience. The best bit is that if you arrive at the airport early to fly home, you can just drop the key off before they open as long as you're fully insured which was way easier for me. They seemed friendly and helpful enough I think ill use them next time too

We rented a car for five days with full insurance, and no deductible. The only company that made it possible...! We asked that the car wait for us at the airport and that we return it to the pier before moving to another island. Everything that was agreed in advance was carried out, the car was clean and according to the model ordered. Highly recommend, we will definitely return. We hired a car for 9 days and it was a seamless experience. Car was pristine and the staff were lovely going above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth checkout and checkin. Nat was lovely and very helpful. Will definitely use again.

This is the 2nd time I have used Drive car rental and both have been excellent experiences. We had a Nissan this time which felt almost new and was perfect for our group of 5. The price was about as competitive as I could find at the time of booking. Customer service was exceptional, they are super polite and will deliver and pick up the car from your hotel. We will definitely use them again next time we are in Samui. Thank you guys👍

very reactive, the car was as booked (fortuner). the staff was nice and quick to respond. I asked to change the baby car seat,no issue at all and they find a solution within the day.

I rented a car from Drive Car Rental for around one year and honestly the service was excellent from beginning to end. I dealt with the Phuket, Surat Thani, and Koh Samui agencies, and every team was professional, helpful, respectful, and always very kind. Whenever the car needed maintenance, they handled everything quickly and professionally. For example, they changed the car when the oil needed service or when the brake pads had to be replaced. One time I even had a flat tire and their team came to help me directly. Very reliable service. The cars were always clean and well maintained, and communication was always easy and smooth. I highly recommend their Premium Package Full Insurance option for complete peace of mind. After one year of renting with them, I can truly say this is one of the best rental companies I have dealt with in Thailand. Highly recommended!

Great company with very friendly staff, receiving the car was a very smooth and fast process with no hidden costs. While handing over the car, Rang awaited us at the airport and was very friendly in driving us to the departure area ensuring the process took no time while handing over the car.
