By using easygo.rent you agree to these terms. We are an aggregator: we show rental offers on Koh Samui and pass on booking requests. The rental itself is between you and the rental point.
Anyone can browse the catalogue and map without signing up. You need an account to book, review and use your personal area. You can rent a vehicle from age 20 with a licence for the right category, and the owner may set extra requirements.
We help you find a vehicle and pass your request to the owner. We do not own vehicles, do not rent them out and are not a party to the rental contract. The contract is between you and the rental point, the owner prints and signs it, and you can see the signed copy in your account.
A booking is a request. It becomes valid when the owner confirms it. Until it is confirmed you can cancel it in your account. The platform does not take money for the rental: you pay the owner directly, in cash or by the point's PromptPay QR. The service is free for customers.
The rental point is responsible for the condition of the vehicle, insurance, deposit, fuel, mileage and cancellation rules. The owner tells you these terms before handing over the vehicle and records them in the contract.
Anything to do with accidents, damage, loss of a vehicle and fines is settled between the customer and the owner under their contract. easygo.rent takes no part in these disputes, does not act as arbiter and is not responsible for their outcome. The handover and return photos uploaded by the owner are visible to you in your account.
A review must reflect your real experience. We may remove a review that breaks this rule or contains abuse.
A listing goes through moderation, and we may reject or hide a point that does not follow platform rules. The platform receives a 10% commission from the owner on rental payments received, details are in the owner's account. The owner uses customer data only for the rental and is responsible for keeping it safe on their side.

easygo.rent does not guarantee that a particular vehicle will be available or in the stated condition, and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of owners and customers. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the platform service itself.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of the page, and by using the site after an update you accept the new version.
