By using easygo.rent, you agree to these terms. We're an aggregator: we show offers from rental points, and the rental itself is agreed directly between you and them.
Who can use the platform
Anyone can browse the catalog and map without an account. Booking, reviews, and the personal dashboard require one.
easygo.rent's role
We aggregate listings from Samui rental points and help you find the right vehicle. The rental agreement is made directly between you and the rental point.
Responsibility for the vehicle
The rental point, not easygo.rent, is responsible for the vehicle's condition, the deposit, and the rental terms.
Reviews
A review must reflect your genuine experience. We may remove a review that breaks this rule or contains abuse.
Rental point accounts
Listings go through moderation. We may reject or hide a listing that doesn't meet platform rules.
Platform commission
For bookings made through easygo.rent, the platform withholds a 10% commission — details are in the partner dashboard.
Limitation of liability
easygo.rent doesn't guarantee the availability of any specific vehicle and isn't liable for disputes between a customer and a rental point.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
