I had an amazing experience renting a motorbike here in Koh Samui! The bikes are brand new, very economical, and powerful enough to easily explore the mountains and the whole island without any problem. What really stood out was the staff — they are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Anytime I had a question or a small issue, they responded immediately on WhatsApp, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Rented excellent new model Click 125 at a good price and great helmet. Check-in process straight forward and thorough. Left passport without hesitation. Owner is very nice, even checking in at the end of the first day if everything is OK. Recommend!

We walked around 10 minutes away for this because of it’s reviews and we was not disappointed! The lady is so lovely she showed us how to use the bike and even gave us a brand new one! The best bike I’ve had yet in Thailand! I left my passport with her no problem, returned the bike back with no issues they even offered us a lift back to our hotel. Recommend highly Thank you very much for the bike, 🏍️❤️

If you’re visiting Koh Samui from the UK and looking to rent a scooter, look no further than A.B Motorbike for Rent. This is a genuine family-run business that you can trust completely. The husband and wife who run it are some of the nicest, most genuine people we met on the island. Part way through our rental we had a battery issue, and they literally dropped everything, came straight to us, and replaced the battery immediately. No stress, no hassle ,just calm, professional and incredibly caring service. What really stood out to us was how genuinely interested they were in our safety. They checked in with us via WhatsApp during the hire, making sure we were okay, but were never intrusive, just reassuring to know they were always at the end of the phone if we needed anything. As UK travellers, that level of care abroad makes a huge difference. You can tell they truly care about people, not just the hire itself. I love supporting small businesses that operate with honesty, pride and heart. Highly recommended if you’re hiring a scooter in Samui, this is the only place you need. We would 100% use them again.

The owner is incredibly friendly—a warm and charming lady who truly cares about her customers. The bikes are fresh, well-maintained, and handled Samui’s hilly roads with ease. Rent is typically 250 baht per day, Just be prepared to leave your passport as a deposit, which is standard across Samui. Another big plus is the location— behind Samui Verticolor, and the rental shop was just next door. There’s also a convenient laundry shop and budget-friendly outlets "super chaep" nearby, making it a very tourist-friendly spot. Bikes come with a wireless battery, and a helpful tip: they won’t start with the side stand down, a useful safety feature. As long as you treat the bike with care, the shop will take great care of you in return. Highly recommended for anyone staying in the area and looking for a reliable, smooth rental experience.

Super happy shop owner! She’s very friendly, easy to deal business with. Bikes are in good conditions. My partner doesn’t fit any helmets at the shop. She offered us to go to the shop, buy a new one that fits and she was happy to pay for the purchase. When returned the bike at the shop, she just had a quick check around, everything went smoothly, she even offered to drop me back at the hotel. Really good customer service. I recommend A.B bike rental shop. We will come back next time.
