They have a decent fleet of cars. The one I received was in great condition, clean and had no issues. My initial conversation with the team was good but I was disappointed with the delivery and pick up person. He wasn't answering questions willingly during pickup and didn't show me the exact fuel indicator. On the day of return, which was scheduled at 1 PM, the pickup team video called me twice while I was driving and the disapproval in their faces during video call was evident. I don't understand what for - when despite all their follow ups, I reached at 12:55 PM to return the car. They also stated how the fuel was not the same and spoke in the local language, maybe they were joking, maybe trying to get something extra out, but regardless, I had given a 300 USD deposit and had a flight to catch. It's not the best time to do this on return. It's good I had sent a photo of the fuel during pickup and there were no issues. Its a good car rental service in Samui but there is need for improvement at the ground level.

I made a good experience with this scooter rental. Easy communication. I had to wait for 20 minutes when they brought me the scooter to the pier. It was in a good condition. They don't take your passport just a 3000 ฿ (~80€) deposit. I brought the bike back and got my deposit back after a quick check. I would absolutely rent here again. 5 Stars. I'd advise you to order it in advance from their website.

Can recommend! Great rental service! Easy and quick via WhatsApp. 3000thb deposit and a picture of passport. returned in full amount. We rented for 9 days and extended by 1 day and had the scooter picked up at the pier. Worked flawlessly. The scooter was brand new with only 1800km on it. Competitive price for longer rentals.

[REAS BEFORE BOOKING] Rented a beat-up scooter from right off Chaweng Beach in Koh Samui, Thailand during my December 2025 trip (exact pickup: Dec 15, cash payment 1,500 THB for 4 days + passport as deposit) and got hit with direct threats after posting my truthful 1-star Google review. The bike was a disaster from minute one: bald rear tire (less than 1mm tread depth), squeaky brakes that barely stopped on downhill slopes, a fuel gauge stuck on empty forcing me to push it twice to the nearest station, and a rattling chain that nearly snapped mid-ride on the Chaweng-Lamai loop. Returned it spotless with full tank on Dec 19, but when I called out the bait-and-switch ("new Honda Scoopy" promised vs. this rusty relic) in my review, their owner bombarded me via WhatsApp within 2 hours with 15+ messages. He quoted Thai Penal Code Section 326-328 on defamation, called my safety complaints "fake lies to ruin his business," and warned he'd file a police report to flag my passport, ensuring I'd be "detained at Koh Samui Airport immigration or the land border next time I try to enter Thailand." Even attached a screenshot of my booking contract circled in red, claiming it proved I was "guilty," all while ignoring my photos of the bike's defects timestamped during rental. Reality check: I've flown in/out of Thailand 3 times since (last via Suvarnabhumi on Jan 5, 2026) with zero issues at immigration, no police contact, nothing. This is pure review extortion to protect their 4.8-star facade built on identical bot-like 5-star posts from "JohnSmith2025" accounts all dated the same week. Google users searching "scooter rental Chaweng threats" or "Koh Samui bike rental scam defamation": ignore the paid praise, trust detailed warnings like this from real riders who've been targeted.
