I’m very disappointed and feel cheated by my scooter rental experience. The scooter I rented broke down while I was riding — it stopped and wouldn’t restart. I was given a replacement that was smaller and in worse condition. Then the owner, demanded I pay 2,000 baht for transporting the broken scooter to a repair shop. When I tried to discuss this and explain it was unfair, Wende lost her temper and spoke to me very rudely. I do not recommend renting from her. There are plenty of other places on the island that are cheaper and much more professional.

We rented a Honda PCX from Wendy, the bike was in good condition and everything went smoothly. Friendly service and fair price 👌

We rented 2 scooters at Wendy's Bike and everything went perfect. We received 2 new "Honda Click" which worked without key automaticaly... very fancy. They were cleaned before given to us. Price was better than other in the area and the owner was friendly from minute 1 till the return. We had to sign a contract and leave passport as usual on the island. Highly reccomendet!

I visiting Koh Samui and I stayed at the Canale Hotel. When I walked out, I found Wendy bike rental and decided to rent a bike. The service was good, they spoke well, and they also recommended places to visit for me. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this shop.

I have rented a motorcycle from this store 3 times. The last motorcycle I rented had a damaged license plate. The photo is the condition when I rented it. As seen in the photo, the red tag was damaged when I rented it. I didn't think to check it manually by hand. The tag probably fell off while I was driving. (I didn't hit anything, just the damaged tag fell off) She told me that there was another tag on the left and that it had fallen off before. So there was already damage and she knew about it. she doesn't listen to you when you try to explain the situation. she keeps yelling and stops you from talking and accuses you of lying. she asked for 2000 baht for this, I paid her and took my passport. I just tried to explain to her that she should check better, that it is difficult for customers to check everything. Even though she took her money, she kept yelling and was disrespectful. When I left the shop, she kept yelling after me and tried to attack with traffic buoy me even though I was on the street. (I didn't even raise my voice.) When things are going well everyone is fine, what matters is their attitude when you have problems. You can be sure that she wont listen to you when you have problems.

Wendy & her bike rentals are. great business to deal with, new bikes, are clean & serviced with a great selection of bikes, scooter & motorcycles. Wendy is an absolute sweetheart to deal with, speaks great english & easy to communicate with. She will see to any needs you may have. Wendy is well connected in Koh Samui and will recommend to you anything you like. I will only work with wendy when i visit koh samui. A wonderful person to know while you visit.
