The rental went smoothly, the renter was professional. Can't give a 5 star rating because the interaction felt impatient and the price for the bike was more than we usually pay around thailand. Also he didn't have change and asked me for more money than was agreed due to me not having the exact amount.

Amazing and very reliable service. They are flexible with renting and brings the bikes to your hotel/apartment, as well as picking them up again afterwards. I will definitely rent from this company again when Im in Koh Samui.

Amazing service, Jack and the team dropped off and picked up from our house, we had a Yamaha X-MAX 300cc bike and was perfect for 2 people (and hills no problem) clean and well looked maintained . Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Samui Bike & Car Rental!
