READ THIS BEFORE RENTING FROM HERE 🚨 My recommendation? Just take a taxi, drive around, and find a local shop yourself. I rented from two other independent places on this trip, and both returned the exact same cash deposit I gave them. Their bikes were in better condition, the experience was smoother, and the cost was 10-15% cheaper. Do yourself a favor and rent from literally anywhere else. This place is just a huge scam. I rented four bikes from this company for a total of 16 days, and it turned into the worst bike rental experience I’ve had in four years of traveling Southeast Asia. First, the Aerox had a front wheel issue from the start, making it hard to steer. They took it back and promised a one-day replacement with an NMAX, which turned into a week. When the Aerox came back, they returned it without notice, leaving it with a broken phone holder and no chance for me to check it. They sent a guy to fix it, who spent an hour messing with random mirrors and phone holders, and left it unfixed. Eventually, the bike’s battery died because they left the ignition on. They never picked it up, even after promising they would. Next, the red NMAX’s oil light came on after a few days, and I had to pay for the oil change myself. The silver NMAX had a phone holder that broke off on the highway, breaking my phone. When I showed them, they acted like I was making it up. Finally, they offered a Kawasaki that had supposedly been unavailable. It had engine issues from the start. On the last day, as I was on my way to return it at the end of the rental period, the engine completely died. I left it in a safe parking lot, filled the tank as instructed, and sent them all the info. Here’s the kicker: they refused to return my deposit in cash, insisting on a bank transfer even though I was leaving the island. After arguing for 45 minutes, it was obvious they had spent the deposit. This was not a cheap rental; the prices were higher than average, and yet the service was terrible. PS: the best punchline from this story is when I went to return my bikes and described the “manager” what ALL happened to us he said: “that’s my bad luck” 😂😂😂🤡🤡🤡 ANSWER TO THE FOLLOWING REPLY: The audacity of you trying to save your company's 'Image' is crazy. You've missed multiple pickups & deliveries with last minute notices :) Every comment you've typed in your reply are the same things you told me when I returned the bikes Funny, why didn't you mention the the fact you've deliver and/or rented bikes which were not in perfect contidion (had issues which made it not safe to drive) however, you proceeded to tell me in my eyes that's not possible, because you check the bikes thoroughly when they're returned. Don't forget to mention the whole story (which you told me in person). The Aerox to Nmax switch was supposed to be for 1 day - insted it was 6 days because you decided to rent the fixed Aerox to someone else insted of bringing it back to me who has paid for it. Do you think this is professional? "On the final day, you informed us last minute that the Kawasaki was not starting and left the bike on the road without properly returning it." Well no wonder, when your bike isn't starting and your shop is 45 min away (End of my retnal was supposed to be hour later) how am I suppose to bring the bike? (read the part with Kawasaki z650 from before to understand the condition the bike was 'rented' to me) You can try however you want, hopefully other people will notice this before their rental and not rent from here :)
