I’ve rented a scooter six times on Koh Samui, and every single time I did a lot of research beforehand because I want a safe, technically reliable scooter without breakdowns or endless discussions about damage, contracts, or payments. Jungle Wheels Samui is by far the best rental company I’ve found so far, and for all my future stays on the island I will only rent from them. Questions via WhatsApp are answered within minutes, and the whole process is incredibly easy, professional, and friendly. The helmets are good quality and not just cheap padded “soup pots.” The scooter itself was in perfect condition. And when I noticed that the smartphone holder was defective, I sent them a WhatsApp message. Twenty minutes later, a service technician arrived and replaced it on site. What a service. Absolutely outstanding! It’s probably not the cheapest rental company on the island, but from my experience, it is definitely the best.

Big thankyou to the jungle wheels crew , I arrived in samui a day earlier than my original booking and they still sorted us out with a bike with no problems. There seems to be a lot of bike rental companies in samui but these guys are top of the bunch .if you want to see what the island has to offer and be free from the organised tours get a bike from these guys , they also give you an ebook with everything to do on the island . We will be getting our bikes from them when we come back .

Jungle Wheels are the best, they delivered & collected the Scooter on time, the scooter - Honda ADV 160cc was nearly new, only 3000km, & in excellent condition, the hire was made so easy, photo of documents sent via whats-app, & they delivered as promised. Good handover with them explaining how things work, open, & steering lock/alarm. Fuel in tank & returned the same. They also sent a booklet via whats-app with links to places & things of interest. We used the scooter over 4 days, up & down both sides of Koh Samui. With two onboard & she done it well.

I rented a scooter here for one full month in February, and the experience was absolutely excellent. I rented an XDV for a little under 300 baht per day for the whole month, which is a very good price considering the condition of the bike. The scooter was in very good shape, clean, well maintained, and ran perfectly throughout the entire month. What really stood out to me was the service. They even delivered the scooter directly to my hotel, which made everything super easy and convenient. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and truly customer-oriented. You can really feel that they care about providing good service. At the end of my rental, I returned the scooter two days earlier than planned. I didn’t ask for anything, but they still refunded me for those two unused days without hesitation. That level of honesty and fairness is rare and very much appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a scooter. Great prices, great bikes, and outstanding service. I would definitely rent from them again.

I regularly spend longer periods of time on Koh Samui and have tried several scooter rental companies over the years. Jungle Wheels was by far the best experience. I rented a scooter for two months, and I have honestly never received one that was so well maintained, clean, and technically flawless. You can immediately tell that they care about quality and safety. Communication was always friendly, professional, and reliable. Delivery to my house and easy pick-up at the end of the rental period – everything was smooth and uncomplicated. No discussions, no hidden issues, just transparent and fair service. When you stay on the island for a longer time, you truly appreciate this level of professionalism. For me, clearly the best scooter rental on Samui.🙏🙏🙌🙌 Highly recommended.👍👍
