I have been to Koh Samui many times and this company is by far the most professional, friendly and reliable. The bike was in excellent condition. Delivery, no problem, helments in mint condition. Bike pick up was smooth and they gave me an extra five hours for free. I highly recommend this.

I would absolutely recommend renting a moped here! The customer service is brilliant; the processes are explained clearly, above board, and you feel that the company are genuinely trustworthy. I rented a Honda Scoopy for 2 days, 250thb/day. The bike was brand new, in great condition, and was a great bike to use to explore the island. I was extremely happy with the service and experience, and I would definitely use Rent a Bike again!

The bikes are brand new, very very good value and the team are extremely flexible and customer orientated. It made the trip to Samui excellent, giving us the freedom to enjoy the island as we wish, at a much cheaper rate to taxis. I highly recommend Rent A Bike.

First of all, all these 5 star reviews are completely true and now I could second them all. The owners are literally the nicest people I have ever met, also really helpful and calm. First day evening we had a small accident with the scooter, I called them, they calmed me down, came to the place and handled it the best way possible. I was really amazed. Really professional. No doubt the best scooter rental place, the prices are really good, overall well deserved 10/10.

Hired a moped for the duration of our trip. Everything from the enquiry to actually acquiring the bike was dealt with very professionally and was made to be a very simple process. The owners were extremely kind and delivered it to our hotel and in depth told us everything we needed to know and felt comfortable that if we had any issues, they’d be there. Hope they do well in their business, great team and the bike was brilliant for the reasonable cost. Will use again :) thanks

Rent a Bike Samui is without a doubt the best scooter rental on the island. I booked my scooter in advance and everything was perfect when I arrived: the scooter was clean, ready, and had very low mileage. All the vehicles are in excellent condition. The contract was clear and transparent, with no hidden or strange clauses. What really makes the difference is the human side. it’s not just “here are the keys, give me the money.” I received great advice and felt genuinely well taken care of. Highly recommended!
