  I had a very bad experience with this rental shop on two separate occasions. First, I rented an older Honda X-ADV model. While riding, the right side of the bike became extremely hot, so hot that I actually got a burn on my leg which has now left a scar. When I complained, they told me this was normal and that no one else had ever complained. Basically, they made it seem like I was the problem. This is absolutely unacceptable and also a serious safety issue. A few days later, I decided to give them another chance and rented the newer X-ADV model. Unfortunately, this one had an obvious transmission problem. It was very difficult to start moving. I had to use a lot of throttle just to get it to engage. At full throttle, the transmission was slipping and not delivering proper power. Completely unacceptable for a supposedly new bike. As a replacement, they offered me a Yamaha TMAX with 200cc less for the same price, and it was also in poor condition with scraping and rattling noises. That was not a real solution. The customer service was consistently disrespectful. The woman at the counter was especially unfriendly, showed no understanding, and implied that I did not know how to ride a bike. I stayed respectful the entire time but was not taken seriously at all. To make matters worse, I was also overcharged for fuel. When I returned the defective X-ADV, the tank was empty and I already paid 200 baht for it. Later, they charged me again for a full tank and did not care when I pointed it out. No professionalism, no quality, and no proper customer service. If your time on vacation is valuable, stay away from this place.
