Great experience! We booked a bike drove 5 minutes beforey wife got anxiety. We brought it back to TJ and i told him im happy to pay for a day due to the inconvenience but he refunded the total and returned the deposit. Very honest business man!

Good bikes. Helpful staff. They requested my passport copy and 1 month rent as a deposit. I was riding the bike for 2 months. When I gave it back, they just checked quickly then gave my full deposit back. This is definitely a place that you can trust. They don’t use few scratches as an excuse to not give your deposit back. Pascal, the owner, is very friendly and always available for questions or additional services. He is quick to answer and always comes to us with a smile. He speaks French, his native language.
