Very disappointing experience because of the owner’s extremely rude and unprofessional attitude.
We had originally arranged to return the scooter at 1:00 pm. Later, we asked if it was possible to extend the rental until 4:30 pm, and the day before, the owner himself had clearly told us that keeping it longer would cost an additional 150 Baht.
The next morning, we contacted him again simply confirming that we wanted to extend the rental and were happy to pay the exact 150 Baht price that he himself had previously offered us.
Instead of a normal response, he sent us a sarcastic message saying: “You’re telling me now how much you want to pay in my business! The world is getting worse and worse…” which made absolutely no sense, since we were literally accepting the price he had already given us.
We were polite and respectful throughout the entire conversation, so being spoken to this way was completely unacceptable.
I would never recommend a business where customers are treated with such unnecessary disrespect.

Super easy rental company. No deposit or passport deposit needed ! We messaged them in the afternoon and had a great scooter the next day dropped off at our hotel. Great communication with the owner as well and pickup was as easy as the drop off. They came to our hotel and picked it up without any issues ! Would definitely rent there again ❤️

The German scooter rental on Koh Samui was extremely convenient overall!
Communication beforehand was quick, friendly, and completely uncomplicated. The scooter was handed over by staff who didn’t speak German, but thanks to the clear instructions, everything went smoothly.
A big plus: no deposit was required — just a photo of the passport. Two helmets were also included, which made the service feel complete.
The contact was friendly throughout, and everything worked perfectly.

Very fast delivery and pickup. I placed the booking on the same day and had the scooter 45 min later.
I would suggest a big motor if riding with 2 people and want to tour the island.

Been to Koh Samui 3 times and other islands in Thailand. This is the best bike rental experience so far. Fuss free, checking bike availability at 9am, provides a passport snapshot, deliver the bike to me at 930am. Return is the same as well, simple and easy, very flexible and accomodating. Highly recommend.
Will rent from them again in future trips to come. 😎
