Avoid. We had a long term rental. She told us in writing that general wear and tear was covered. Kept the car prestine, 2 tiny stone chips out outer (6 months of driving) and she took 15k off us. Any rental company allows for wear and tear. Dishonest.

Dishonest people! They did not want to refund my deposit although I had evidence that the scratches were on the car when it was delivered. She took a video and deliberately missed the scratches. Could not discuss it with her… she ended the calls. Lady badmouthed me and called me terrible names on FB and try to threatened me with police etc. Car was not clean on delivery… gravel on car mats and dirty marks outside. Day after car was delivered lady asked if they could fetch it day earlier than what I booked and paid for. First time I ever experience such behaviour and we rent cars at least twice a month.

To the team at samui car rental, thank you so much. From dropping off the jeep, to being available whenever we needed you. To top the whole experience off, I asked for another days rental as we were leaving the day after our original rental agreement. Not only was I told that’s not a problem, I was offered a lift to the airport with my partner, kids and suitcase’s for no extra charge. That in my eyes is going above and beyond. It was all smiles handshakes and no tricks. I was even told if I have an accident on the road, to call the team at samui rentals and they would race to the scene immediately to help. Thanks again guys. The kids loved it. (As you can clearly tell in the photos!) You will see us again.

Good car rental, clean, they deliver to my villa. Amazing service. I recommend this place. They have delivery service. Easy paperwork. Just have passport and driving license then can rent.
