We rented a Honda Click 125 from this place for one day. The positive points were that they still had a scooter available on short notice and that we could leave the deposit in Euros. Unfortunately, the overall experience with the scooter itself was not good. The first scooter we received felt unsafe immediately. The steering felt strange, almost like the steering lock was still engaged. I suspected low tire pressure or a problem with the front wheel, so I returned directly to the shop and got another scooter. The second scooter initially seemed better, although it was already quite old and worn for 300 Baht/day, especially compared to other Honda Clicks we rented on the island for 250 Baht/day in much better condition with keyless go and better equipment. After around 5 km, the second scooter also started feeling unstable. The handling became very soft and wobbly, especially in corners. When we stopped to check, we noticed that the tires had far too little air pressure. With two people on the scooter, the tires were almost flat. The rear tire also became very hot after a very short ride, even though we were driving slowly. Unfortunately, all nearby air pumps were already closed or broken, so the scooter was barely usable for us that evening. Additionally, the scooter showed an “Oil Change” warning. Combined with the tire issue, it gave us the impression that the scooters are not maintained properly. Low tire pressure is a safety risk and can potentially cause serious accidents. What also surprised me was that after I returned the first scooter and explained the strange handling, the employee simply parked it back in front of the rental shop without checking it further. This means the next customer will probably receive the same scooter in the same condition. The return process the next morning was also stressful. We had agreed multiple times to meet at 7:00 AM at the rental shop because we had a flight afterward. Nobody was there, and initially there was no response to calls or messages. About 15 minutes later, we were told to bring the scooter to the airport instead. In the end, we could only return it around 7:30 AM. To be fair, he apologized, was friendly, and returned the deposit immediately without any issues. I also want to mention that the car rental reviews seem to be much better overall. Still, based on our experience, the scooters themselves did not seem to be maintained properly, which was disappointing considering the price and more importantly the safety aspect.

Amazing service and cars! Prompt pickup and drop off to the airport. First day I rented the Honda jazz which I was not happy with so they exchanged the car to Fortuner which was in great condition. Highly recommend this car rental.

I took two cars from here, one a fortuner SUV and another Honda Sedan. the conditions of the cars were great, smooth drive. plus the contact person is so polite. overall great service. whenever I am in samui, i’ll always go to these guys for car rentals. 100 percent recommended.
